Photos: Remembering war veterans around the world

November 11, 2013

Today is a time set aside in many nations to commemorate the sacrifice made by service men and women in the two world wars and conflicts thereafter. In the U.S., we call it Veterans Day. Overseas its known as Remembrance Day.

We're collecting photos from here in Minnesota, the United States, Europe and Australia. We also mark the day with a story about Marian Krinke, a Red Cross volunteer during World War II in England.
